I know that buying a home can seem stressful and complicated; an unknown process if this is the first time. That is why I am here.

As your real estate agent, I will guide and support you throughout the entire process – from the moment you start dreaming of your own home, signing the contract, to living and enjoying your new property. Processes, technology, and my dedication will make you feel you are on the right path.

Let’s review the whole process together:

  • We Meet

I usually offer my clients an initial meeting where we can discuss their wants and needs, and to clarify and set expectations about the home-buying process. I will invite you to ask me about any questions you may have.

  • Get Pre-Approval for a Loan

This is the second step of the process, and a very important one. You need to pre-qualify for a mortgage by a lender or a bank. I recommend that my clients seek more than one option to find the most convenient one and an institution they feel comfortable with.

  • Start your Search

Once you are ready and you know what you want, I will prepare and send you all of the properties on the market that correspond to your preferences. I will tour with you the ones you love. Believe me, you will soon become a market’s expert.

  • We Find the Right House

Once you find “THE” house, I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis, which is a tool that includes comparable sales in the area and will help us decide the best strategy for writing an offer.

  • Writing the Offer

I will prepare the offer and submit it to the listing agent once you sign it. We will have a meeting to review the entire contract together to be sure you are clear before signing it. I will negotiate the contract on your behalf, keeping you fully posted during the whole process.

  • You Got the House!

From the day the contract is accepted by the seller until the settlement day to sign the final documents, I will support and work for you every step of the way.

  • Home Inspection, Appraisal, Home Insurance, Walkthrough…

Yes, we have a long checklist; however, I will be by your side getting in touch with all of the stakeholders, sending you reminders, and answering all of the questions to assure we have all DONE’s.

  • Settlement Day. Congratulations!

Everything will be prepared for that day. The experts at the Title company will help you go through all the paperwork and sign. You will leave with new KEYS of your NEW Home! Time to Celebrate.

  • MOVE IN! LOVE IT
